Welcome to the February and March SAS newsletter. Thank you very much for taking the time to sign up and read through our newsletter.
Jewellery, Watches, Coins and Silver auction
We are delighted to announce we had our best ever Jewellery auction on Friday 13th March. The first part of the stickpin collection did very well indeed and saw some competitive bidding!
A couple of other star lots were a Hanhart Luftwaffe watch that sold for ?3,000 and a Hermes Kelly black leather handbag realising ?800.
The next auction will be on 29th May, and includes the second part of the stickpin collection, and other items of fine and costume jewellery. Please call Thomas on 0118 971 2949 to discuss entering items for auction.
Toys for the Collector
This Saturday (4th April) we have our Toy auction. We are expecting a good turn out, as there is a bit of something for everyone. The catalogue is available online or you can order a colour illustrated catalogue. The auction contains over 700 lots, and includes lots of Dinky, Corgi and Matchbox, along with tinplate, teddy bears, dolls and trains.
For the July toy auction we already a lot in for sale. This includes a shop contents of lead and plastic figures from Portobello Road.
New specialist auction! Sporting and Collectables
On Friday 8th May we will be holding our first Sporting Memorabilia, Post Cards, Cigarette Cards, Autographs and Stamps auction. The auction has been compiled by consultant Gary Arkell and contains over 600 lots. Please contact us for a FREE colour illustrated catalogue
More New Arrivals!
As some of you may have been aware, Thomas? wife was expecting! We are delighted to announce the arrival of twins; Jemima Alyce Plant and William Joseph Plant born on 17th March. Both mother and babies are doing really well, and we hope you join us in passing on our congratulations.
Signed & Designed We will be having a big Signed & Designed auction in October and we would welcome any items you may wish to enter for the auction. Please contact Neil on 0118 971 2949.
Trains Galore We already have some great items in the December annual event. This includes 0 and 00, and some larger gauge locomotives including a fantastic 5 inch gauge Simplex locomotive. We have featured a few things on the rear of the April toy catalogue.

In order to provide a better service, over the past few weeks we have put up new shelving in the store, and have had a shuffle around in the office. We now have more capacity to look after your items ahead of the auctions.
