Five German teddy bears, A post-war Hermann type, with long wavy mohair, orange and black glass eyes, open mouth, swivel head and jointed limbs —15in. (38cm.) high; a Teddy Moses, a Hermann type blonde mohair bear with provenance, clear and black glass eyes with orange painted backs, contrasting white muzzle and pads, black stitched nose and mouth with red felt tongue and dungarees; and three others - Moses was left at the Victoria Hospital for sick children in Chelsea the previous vendor worked there as a nurse until it closed in 1966, when Moses was saved and became her travel companion, his outfit was purchased in America in the 1960s and resembles his original outfit (general aged related wear, blonde bear with felt pads in need of attention, another missing an eye)
