A fine 1920s Farnell teddy bear from the Growlies of Scotland collection, with golden mohair, orange and black glass eyes, pronounced clipped muzzle, black stitched nose, mouth and web hand claws, swivel head, jointed limbs with felt card lined pads, broad chest, inoperative growler and small hump —21 ½in. (54.5cm.) high (right side of mouth stitching missing, two small holes to right hand pad, foot pads darned)
