A Schuco white mohair miniature Teddy Bear, 1930s, with black pin eyes, black stitched nose and mouth, metal framed jointed body with felt hands and feet —2 ½in. (6.5cm.) high (some thinning and ageing) - this bear and the green example in lot 150 were bought from Beale’s department store in Bournemouth by the Reverend and Mrs Iremonger for their daughter Molly as a Christmas present in 1925 and 1926 - see Some of our Favourite Bears by Ian Pout, page 18
