Ted, a rare Chiltern Hugmee brown tipped Teddy Bear, circa 1938, with white mohair with brown tipping, orange and black glass eyes, pronounced muzzle, black stitched nose, mouth and claws, swivel head, jointed limbs with velvet pads, slight hump and inoperative growler —14 ¾in. (37.5cm.) high (wobbly head, some general wear and thinning) - purchased in 2008 from a lady whose husband had recently died.
