An early Steiff teddy bear, circa 1910, with golden mohair, black boot button eyes, pronounced clipped muzzle, black stitched nose, mouth and claws, swivel head, jointed elongated limbs with felt pads, hump, inoperative growler and FF underscored button —17 ½in. (44.5cm.) high (bald spot on lower left back, probably from leaning against a window, tiny hole to chest and slight general wear and thinning)
