A Laetita Mieral ‘Merveilles en Papier’ The Raven and the Fox, designed by paper artist Laetitia Miéral, June 2019, papier-mâché Fox and Raven perched in tree, moulded with hand painted details, signed to underside inspired by the fable “The Raven and the fox ”, written in France by Jean De La Fontaine in his fables published between 1668 and 1694, also inspired by Aesop’s fable “The Fox and the crow” —15in. (38cm.) high
