Tom joined SAS in 2019 as a Tribal Specialist. Tom has antiques in his blood and having grown up in such a diverse environment decided from a young age that he wanted to specialise specifically in Tribal Art. He has certainly come a long way from digging up fossils and rocks as a child with his father Edward Hurst. For Tom, the hands which made the artefacts are just as significant as the hands which they have subsequently passed through.
Tom is recognised industry wise as one to watch for the future of the antique world and is a regular feature at Tribal Art London and in publications such as House & Garden magazine
