A large early Steiff teddy bear, circa 1910, with light golden mohair, black boot button eyes, pronounced clipped muzzle, brown replacement stitched nose and mouth, black stitched claws, swivel head, jointed elongated limbs with felt pads, hump, inoperative growler and FF underscore button; wearing a 19th century child's silk waistcoat—28in. (71cm.) (stitched at shoulder seam of right arm, blad spots to inner feet, left arm and left underside of muzzle)
