A 19th Century Colt Derringer No.2 Pistol, serial 4051, circa 1890, with tapering 2 1/2'' barrel, the top signed 'COLT'S PT FA MFG CO HARTFORD CT USA', underside of the barrel is stamped with the serial number and London Proof Marks, crescent foresight, engraved decoration to either side, chequered birds head grip, Sold as an exempt item under Section 58 (2) of the 1968 Firearms Act, to be held as a curiosity or ornament
