‘Quincy’, a post-war Chiltern Hugmee Teddy Bear in clown costume, with golden mohair, orange and black glass eyes, pronounced muzzle, black stitched nose and mouth, swivel head, jointed limbs with brushed cotton pads, inoperative squeaker, white and blue printed label on foot and blue with white spot clown suit with ruff —12 ½in. (32cm.) high (fading and some thinning) - see Some of our Favourite Bears by Ian Pout, page 33
