Four original photographs of Christopher Robin and Anne Darlington as children, Christopher Robin dressed as Sir Brian Botany in armour which he was given on his 6th Birthday, three with a pony and one with Anne’s father, theatre critic W.A. Darlington —5 ¾in. (14.5cm.) x 3 ½in. (9cm.) largest - purchased in the same lot as Kanga and Roo from Christie’s South Kensington, 11th December 1995, lot 17 - see Some of our Favourite Bears by Ian Pout, page 23
