A mid 19th century George Wolfgang Faber ‘Die Puppe des Madchen’s’ or ‘The Girl’s Doll’ paper doll, printed on one side with hand colouring, the head tilted to the left, blonde hair, underclothes, orange slippers and holding a rose —6 ¾in. (17cm.) high, eight outfits with gloss finish including one holding a doll and another holding a spaniel, five with separate headdresses and one integral to costume, in original box with hand coloured illustrated lid (box sides taped, doll stitched repair at neck and hem, two outfits probably without headdresses)
