An early Steiff seated velvet pointer dog, circa 1906, of white velvet with brown and black spotted details, black boot button eyes, black stitched nose and mouth and remains of ribbon —3 ¾in. (9.5cm.) high (tiny stitched repair to base of neck, slight thinning, two small stitch marks to base) - the two small stitch marks to base indicate that this could have been a pin cushion
