The manuscript text of a speech delivered on 3rd June 1814 to "two thousand spectators" at Castle Green Launceston, the transcript of the verdict of a mock-trial, "confession" and "execution" of "Napoleon" delivered before the crown at a Peace Festival in the Cornish town ofLaunceston. Copperplate handwriting on foolscap laid writing paper with an "1806" watermark.
